MIAMI — Blackstone announces its acquisition of the assets of IPrepay Inc., a leading reseller of prepaid products and services. The Blackstone acquisition of IPrepay calls for Blackstone to service all IPrepay locations, leveraging Blackstone Proprietary Platform under its current patent and also under its new patent U.S. Patent No. 7,181,416 issued on February 20, 2007.
